They are a group of common diseases typically caused by a virus. It has a high degree of contamination through the air (cough, estronudos) or physical contact (handkerchiefs, cutlery).
The most common symptoms are nasal dilation, sneezing, watery eyes, throat discomfort, hoarseness, coughing, headaches, muscle aches and fever.
This disorder is not cured with mediacamentos, must be left to the body’s natural defenses to restore normalcy in less than a week.

General Care:

- Avoid physical exertion.

- Save bedrest.

- Diet slurry with lots of milk, clades, juices, and other palatable foods.

- Use medications that reduce symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion and headache.

- Do not use antibiotics on our own.
