However, we can not always notice when this happens. Many times we have bad breath and not realizing it, a situation that is somewhat uncomfortable or unpleasant for others, since, among other things, is not something that is easy to say.</p>

Before we know all the causes that may lead to this condition, as well as all the suffering, to eradicate them must go to the root of the problem.</p>
<p><strong>Possible causes of halitosis</strong>:<br />
• Bacteria accumulated in the mouth at night<br />
• Poor digestion (by eating foods heavy assimilation)<br />

<strong>Natural Remedies of Halitosis </strong>:<br />
As noted, halitosis can have many causes, each of which require specialized treatment. The most appropriate thing, should detect halitosis, is to go to your doctor or dentist who can help you find the cause that it is generating. However, here are some general remedies that can start from right now to help correct many of these diseases, and without the need for expensive medication.</p>

<li>Wash your teeth very well, go slowly through each part and floss every day. This may seem laborious and even tedious, but certainly avoid many evils in your teeth. Massages your gums every day with the tips of your index finger in a circular.</li>
<li>Take a daily and fasting, lemon juice lowered by half a glass of warm water. Add to taking a teaspoon of chlorophyll.</li>
<li>Drinks during the day at least two liters of pure water. This will help eliminate toxic substances accumulated in your body.</li>
<li>Drink juice of parsley at least five times per week: half cactus blending prepares a cup of parsley and honey or flowers in a pint of water. Do not buy it, chew if necessary.</li>
<li>Try to read things that help you focus on positive thoughts and cause you peace and enthusiasm. Tensions or depressive thoughts or constant criticism are harmful to health, and are emotional reasons that cause halitosis.</li>

<p><strong>Home remedies to combat halitosis</strong>:<br />
* Chew fleshy fruits and vegetables.<br />
* Chew parsley, washed and disinfected.<br />
* Add two tablespoons of chlorophyll a liter of water and drink this water sips during the day.<br />
* Avoid white sugar and refined products which, besides lacking in nutritional value, are particularly harmful to your teeth, the rot and blacken.<br />
* Take the end of each meal mint tea or digestive teas like chamomile and orange blossom.</p>
