The Battle Against Obesity

To win the battle against obesity we must transform our way of life:

  • Eat lots of vegetables, if possible from the area where you live and which are organic
  • Replace soft drinks and alcohol, water, green tea and natural juices
  • Takes proteins, especially the chicken (organic) and fish (wild) and moderate consumption of red meat (pork, veal, lamb, etc.). A couple of times a week and at noon
  • Taking healthy fats like olive oil
  • You can consume carbohydrates with low glycemic index, such as spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, apples
  • If you eat pasta, rice or potatoes take it over lunch
  • Eliminate sugar in your life and replaced by fresh fruit sweets
  • Eat every 3 hours (breakfast reception, dinner, eat well and in moderation) and in small quantities
  • Avoid junk food and consume it coming directly from Mother Earth
  • Practice at least 30 minutes of daily exercise (walking, cycling, swimming, gym, etc.).
  • Sleep at least 7 hours

But the ultimate secret to losing weight is about attitude. To successfully attain your goals, you have to be strong and fight the temptation to avoid playing into the hands of the excuses. You have to accept the challenge for yourself. To do this you have to want it to heart and find the motivation within you to not give up and throw in the towel easily. Use your head and learn to cook healthy, do the shopping, to enjoy sport and love your body.
