The weight lifting exercise is not recommended for people with hypertension or commonly called high blood pressure likely to be affected, according to the Mexican Society for the Study of Hypertension.

The trains, treatment with long-term weight on the heart produces a condition that is called simply heart hypertrophy or fat. The heart of a person practicing weightlifting is as if having sustained hypertension, which is risky for people who suffer from the so-called pressure.

Weight lifting is important and helps increase muscle mass, however, should prevent abuse of this type of exercise as well as any other because it may cause heart enlargement.

The hypertension recommended not exaggerate when doing any type of exercise because it is not synonymous with health.

The consequences can range from conditions such as fatigue, muscle pain, poor sleep and appetite, to decreased levels of sex hormones in both men and women that affect their libido. Therefore, it should be practiced always medically supervised exercise training.

The cardiac hypertrophy is due to the increased size of myocardial muscle fibers, the dilation of the cavities or both problems together.

The result could be a huge risk of causing heart failure, as the weakened muscle does not pump efficiently. Then the blood flows more slowly through the heart and tend to form clots that can cause pulmonary or cerebral thromboembolism, heart attack or stroke or other circulatory blockage.
