Feed the bellies of kids with nutritious and healthy during the holidays can be a challenging task. The Halloween or “Halloween” comes with an over abundance of candy and snacks. But do not fret, here I share seven tricks and tips that can help keep your family safe on the road to good health and enjoy Halloween.

1. Avoid the temptation! Do not buy candy until the day before October 31. The little ones (and you) will have less time to eat, and they will not be tempted by several days. Also do not forget to buy candy to your little ones (and you) do not like.
2. Those bellies full with a favorite food and nutrition before heading out to collect candy, so they will not be hungry and will not abuse the candy.
3. It establishes a rule for every home sweet when collecting candy. And do not forget to praise them when selecting the sweet little ones.
4. Become the super-neighbor and instead of offering sweet little ones with toys, cartoon labels, apples, boxes of raisins or granola bars taste of chocolate of 90 or 100 calories. They are made with whole grains and are a good source of calcium for those bones that are growing.
5. The next day, clean the kitchen cabinets and gives candy leftovers to someone who can distribute elsewhere.
6. Is an example and eat in moderation when put your hand in the jar of sweets. Remember that these eyes are watching everything and they imitate everything they see.
7. Finally, beware of the rules too restrictive, and that can make sweet denied one more irresistible.

Red wine. Women who drink two glasses of red wine daily have more natural lubrication than teetotalers, according to a study by the University of Florence, Italy. Five ounces of red wine with dinner will provide you with sex.

Plums. This fruit helps prevent plaque buildup in blood vessels, as established by the British Journal of Nutrition. Arteries clear favoring pleasure because good circulation promotes sexual arousal.

Chickpeas. L-arginine, an amino acid found in chickpeas, provide nitric oxide to blood vessels, which facilitates faster lubrication in women. Four tablespoons of hummus provide the amount necessary to avoid the need to use lubricant sold in the pharmacy.

Olive oil. Although testosterone is known as the “male hormone”, is linked to female sexual desire. When the women limit their intake of fat, is more difficult to produce testosterone. For your daily dose of healthy fat, consume two tablespoons of olive oil.

Over 65% of Latin adults in the United States are overweight, becoming the ethnic group most affected by obesity, and therefore, at increased risk of cardiovascular disease, pulmonary, and diabetes. The main reasons include sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition, and cultural traditions.

Health is one of the areas, but the only one in your life, where you have absolute control of the results. You are the pilot of your own ship. In other parts of your life, like work or family, we have the same control of power and autonomy. But as it relates to your health, you have the final decision. If you focus on maintaining a positive lifestyle, and almost certainly guarantee you’ll get positive results, success and good health. Moreover, health is synonymous with beauty. When you’re healthier, better you feel and you’ll see.

But first you have to remove from your mind all the excuses and negative thoughts in order to achieve your goals. Avoid thinking or saying ‘I have no time to eat at work’, ‘it’s too late for me’, ‘I’ll leave it for after the holidays’,’ diets do not work ‘,’ I have so much down there’s no point penalty ‘,’ I have no money to eat well ‘, etc. If you really want to win the battle against overweight, you have to change their attitude and think first about your health. If you really want, you will get. To do this, you must create a plan.

Many people do diet foods by reducing fat and increased protein. The man who wants to have big muscles also intentionally expand the protein in food intake. Though the concept was wrong, the excess protein is precisely the source of the disease for the body.

Protein is necessary to build body muscle, skin tissue, hair, nails and more. But be careful, mostly eating protein could endanger health. There have been many scientific studies that prove the dangers of excess protein for the body.

“The number of proteins that more than 30 percent of calories your body needs could endanger health”. Unlike fat cells that can be stored in fat tissue if the excess, the body does not have a place to store excess protein. Therefore, most of the protein is converted into fat body first to be saved. This is the key of the dangers of excess protein.

The more protein that is converted into fat in the body’s fat stores to grow, and that means the risk of disease will come from fat, ranging from high cholesterol to heart disease

Excess protein is not good for the kidneys, liver and causes the body to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Excess protein is also closely linked to osteoporosis and cancer.
Excess protein can produce compounds that are toxic ketones. These compounds will cause the kidneys work harder to get them out of the body. As a result, the kidneys will need more water and hence dehydration appear.

If the body is dehydrated, weight can be decreased due to muscle and bone mass decreases. As a result, there is the risk of osteoporosis. Dehydration also causes the kidneys to stress and its effects will impact on the heart.

Ketone compounds and dehydration also causes the body to become weak, dizzy, bad breath and others. Protein can also cause allergic reactions, such as dermatitis topic, chilblain, collagen disease, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Excessive animal protein can damage DNA and cells change into cancer cells.

Ideally someone needs 0.72 grams of protein for each kilogram of body weight. So if you weight 80 kg, the protein that is required is about 57 grams.
If someone reproduce the consumption of protein without carbohydrate intake, the body will turn protein into glucose that should be the task of producing glucose carbohydrates.

But the changed proteins are not able to build muscle. Needed to build muscle is to exercise regularly with a sufficient protein intake. However, the body still needs protein synthesis to enzymes, hormones, and others against infection.
For that, should act in balance if they want to consume high protein foods like meat, cheese, milk and eggs.

When scientists first discovered the power of antioxidants destroy free radicals in the cells of destruction, many people rely on the substance of this magic.

Previously our knowledge of the source of antioxidants is limited to vegetables and fruit color. But now the experts had found the sources of other antioxidants unexpected. “The amount, source and variations of these magical substances now continue looking for,” said Christine Gerbstadt, MD, of the American Dietetic Association.

The good news is more varied sources of antioxidants that you / create, the greater the benefits that can be picked. “Do not just eat blueberry every day and we’re feeling healthy. More and more food variety, the more broad spectrum of benefits,” says Joe Vinson, PhD, analytical chemistry from the University of Scranton.

What are the sources of other antioxidants?

1. Serelia intact seeds
Researchers from the University of Scranton found that processed foods from whole grains (whole serelia seed) hangs antioxidant three times higher than the source of carbohydrates that have been milled. Research also shows whole grains can help control blood pressure for 10 hours after consumption.

2. Popcorn
Popcorn contains polyphenols, cancer-fighting compounds, four times higher than the amount that we can meet in vegetables. Vinson according to the levels of antioxidants have been testing various types of whole grain foods.

3. Eggs
Compared to spinach, lutein content (the substance of the cataract eye protection) in the egg is much less. However, experts from the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Center on Aging at Tufts University found that lutein from egg yolk body is more easily digested than lutein from spinach. It is believed that egg yolk helps your body process the better antioxidant.

4. Yogurt
Your yogurt lovers? The good news, because the cup plain low-fat yogurt contains 25 percent of the adequacy of riboflavin daily, equivalent to a cup of vegetable spinach. Although not an antioxidant, but riboflavin (Vitamin B) is very important to support the work of antioxidants. Without riboflavin, the antioxidant can’t destroy free radicals.

5. Canola oil
According to researchers from Oregon State University, canola oil is rich in antioxidants alphatocopherol. Alphatocopherol is one of eight types of antioxidants in vitamin E.

6. Organic milk
A glass of milk produced from cows farmed organically (left to eat the grass on the ground) contains antioxidants, vitamin E and beta carotene and lutein more.

Constipation is the infrequent and difficult evacuation of stool is abnormal only when there are three stools mens weekly, or one in three days.

A person may have constipation at times when habits are disrupted normal life: travel, change of diet, taking medication, stress, emotional trauma.

Constipation may be more lasting or chronic, may be due to poor diet with low amounts of fiber, little fluid intake, sedentary lifestyle, misuse of laxatives, or custom of not responding to the urge to defecate when the need arises, also due to pregnancy or aging. Some cases constipation can be due to an illness, and must be diagnosed.

General Care:

- Limit foods diet containing no fiber or hardening of feces, sweets, cheeses, rice, etc …

- Take every day vegetables (preferably raw), fruits, vegetables and wholemeal bread. This diet is rich in fiber and helps retain water, thus more liquid stools.

- Drink plenty of fluids, at least two liters.

- Eat slowly and chew food. Try to eat at regular times.

- Educate the gut, not suppress the need to evacuate ever. Getting used to go to the toilet to a regular schedule, trying to go with time and never rushed. Avoid excessive stress in the evacuation, bowel it is responsible for this work.

- Make exercising moderately every day, particularly in the abdominal muscles involved (walking, cycling, etc …)

- Avoid irritating laxative use, continued use can cause intestinal and habit forming.

One of the most negative consequences of the new eating habits is the increase of cholesterol in the general population. It is a substance normally found in the blood of all people, as many others as proteins, glucose or urea. However, the problem is that if its concentration increases the danger of contributing to impede blood flow and, ultimately, produce severe vascular disease.

When a person is after a blood test with the unpleasant news that your cholesterol is too high, you should follow a proper diet. To begin, you should avoid foods with cholesterol much prefer those containing little or nothing, but watching over everything, not gaining weight, because it is very easy to introduce an excess in the diet of foods such as nuts, with which would increase the calories eaten excessively.

With little …
These foods contain a cholesterol between 10 and 90 mg. approximately. Its use can be normal, taking into account the balance of the diet, and with the exception of those that the doctor has forbidden the use of any of these other causes. Among these foods are hake, cod, skimmed milk, semi yogurt, cottage cheese or low fat, veal, beef, horse, rabbit and chicken.

Without …
Can be taken freely, but always taking into account their high level of calories: cereals and cereal products (rice, pasta, soup, corn), potatoes, fruits, vegetables, vegetables, legumes, margarine, vegetable oil (olive, corn, sunflower or soybeans), milk or low fat yogurt and nuts.

The properties of the sardine
Besides tasty and cheap, the sardine is very healthy. It is a blue fish with a high cardioprotective effect due to its content of polyunsaturated fatty acids called Omega-3 series. These fatty acids are significantly lower levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood and also prevent the formation of blood clots and reduce inflammation associated with arthritis and psoriasis.

In addition to their tasty meat and perfume characteristics, in Omega 3 fatty acids is 1.69 to 1.80 g. per 100 grams of food. Cantabrian Sardines are the richest in this type of fat.

Despite his modesty and his bad reputation obsolete, sardines are currently a staple food in the Mediterranean Diet. In summer, when freshly caught and can be consumed in all their glory.

Fried in olive oil
To respect the balance of fatty acids in the diet, it is more appropriate to fry, once clean, with virgin olive oil very hot. Before you fry flour may have passed (increasing their caloric value) or simply to iron fry with garlic and parsley. Curiously, the more fat contains raw fish, such as blue fish, fried to absorb less fat.

Canned sardines in oil with a composition different from the crude fat, but maintain their benefactors cardiovascular effects. Also, bring canned sardines much calcium as available as that found in the dairy, where the bones are edible (from 24 months of ripening).
