Asthma is a chronic (long term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways.

Asthma causes recurring periods of chest tightness, shortness of breath and cough. The cough usually occurs at night or early morning.

Asthma affects people of all ages, but most often begins in childhood.

The airways are tubes that carry air in and out of the lungs.

People with asthma have inflamed airways. This makes the airways are swollen and very sensitive and tend to react strongly to certain substances that are inhaled.

When the airways react, the muscles around the aprietan. This causes the airways to narrow, the less air into the lungs.

Inflammation may worsen, causing further narrowing of the airways.
The cells in the airways make more mucus than normal.

Asthma has no cure. But with the current knowledge and treatments, most people with asthma are able to manage the disease. Have few or no symptoms. Can live normal, active and sleep through the night without interruption.

As noted, halitosis can have many causes, each of which require specialized treatment. The most appropriate thing, should detect halitosis, is to go to your doctor or dentist who can help you find the cause that it is generating. However, here are some general remedies that can start from right now to help correct many of these diseases, and without the need for expensive medication.

Wash your teeth very well, go slowly through each part and floss every day. This may seem laborious and even tedious, but certainly avoid many evils in your teeth. Massages your gums every day with the tips of your index finger in a circular.

Take a daily and fasting, lemon juice lowered by half a glass of warm water. Add to taking a teaspoon of chlorophyll.

Drinks during the day at least two liters of pure water. This will help eliminate toxic substances accumulated in your body.

Drink juice of parsley at least five times per week: half cactus blending prepares a cup of parsley and honey or flowers in a pint of water. Do not buy it, chew if necessary.

Try to read things that help you focus on positive thoughts and cause you peace and enthusiasm. Tensions or depressive thoughts or constant criticism are harmful to health, and are emotional reasons that cause halitosis.

Home remedies to combat halitosis:
* Chew fleshy fruits and vegetables.
* Chew parsley, washed and disinfected.
* Add two tablespoons of chlorophyll a liter of water and drink this water sips during the day.
* Take the end of each meal mint tea or digestive teas like chamomile and orange blossom.
