<p>A balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health and prevent diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, some cancers, among others. The recommendation of experts in nutrition is to maintain a diet high in fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and choose low-fat dairy products and lean meats. Seek to include various foods, so your body gets all the vitamins and minerals needed to function well. Furthermore, it is important to have moderation with foods that are high in fats and sugars such as candy, soft drinks and fries. <p>Furthermore, it is important that you activate and break the monotony of your daily routine. The recommendation is to make healthy at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. The good news is that you can increase your physical activity level with just small changes, such as climbing stairs instead of the elevator, parquearte a little further to walk, go walk the dog or mowing your it (a), to encourage family walks or join a gym or club. If you do not have much time, you can complete the 30 minutes a day in two or three sessions a day.</p>
