We all know that as time passes the body takes on new eigenstates of the age, and that what we served or possibly did well when we were young, perhaps no longer has the same effect now that we spent the fourth decade .

That’s why specialists provide us with the information necessary to know what is required by our bodies at these stages of our lives, whether through physical routines and exercises or a separate power that allows us to maximize our body and avoid disease or infirmity.

Regarding physical activity, ideally always keep moving, whether walking, biking, jogging, aerobics routines and so many options we have to maintain a healthy body and spirit. And about food, there are many alternatives that people over forty can take to better enjoy your life.

Now I want to mention some essential elements that should never miss in your diet, whether you follow the diet, because it depends on the quality of life that you yourself can offer.

A food must always bear in mind is, for example, salmon, and that due to its high content of Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D and calcium are essential to keep bones healthy, empowered and prepared to the requirements of a later age.

Just as important is the consumption of white meat, like turkey and chicken, which have less fat and have an extremely important biological value to maintain the immune system in perfect condition and proper function of proteins in the body.

Because of its antioxidant properties undeniable, consumption of fruits and vegetables is something that can not be neglected and should become a healthy habit to keep in mind every day. Finally, we have to water as an essential element to avoid premature aging of cells due to dehydration.

Many centuries have passed since humans learned how to combine some wild seeds with water to make bread, which was becoming a staple for every home and in the usual support of all the diet with significant amounts of nutrients and elements necessary for the body.

With the passage of time, and especially with the arrival of these modern times, bread has been somewhat demonized by referring to him as a generating element of obesity and unwanted fat, however, is the little information that has the topic that leads people to think that wrong way.

Contrary to what many think today, bread is not fattening item, and is highly recommended to maintain a healthy weight and proper health. It is clear that we must also take into account the content that we add to the pan, since this would add substantial calories.

For example, studies carried out with the staple have revealed that fat intake is very low and the number of calories per hundred grams is really insignificant in the normal diet of an adult, because for every hundred grams of bread have 258 calories.

Amazingly, research has shown that people who eat larger amounts of bread kept better eating habits than those who live constrained by fear of fat on this food.

More specifically, the fact is that it is not there one food that you get fat or slim, but everything depends on the habits we have and the quantities we consume. Therefore, we must bear in mind that eating 250 grams of bread a day will not make us fat and we will be contributing to our body receives great nutritional benefits.

Actually a diet is to choose the food you eat, changing attitudes toward food and limit the amount of food. But not a few people who follow a healthy diet program failed to get the body healthy and slim. Here are some tips on success in the diet :

* Enjoy the food and chew foods until smooth and make sure no food bribes after previously ingested food.

* Eat with family or friends as she chatted to make us eat food slowly. This will make the body has time to process the food to the fullest.

* Do not eat while doing something else, like watching because this situation will make us tend to increase the amount of food.

* The main principle is to limit the amount of dietary calories into the body so that calories encouraged utilizing reserves in the body. The body can function well with 1200-1500 calories.

* Avoid foods that contain lots of saturated fats such as coconut milk, organ meats and fried foods and multiply unsaturated fat consumption such as fish, olive oil, peanuts, soybeans and avocado.

* Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables. Because in addition to filling and makes no sooner hungry, fruits and vegetables can expedite the disposal process and boost immunity.

* Eating is a big lunch, not dinner.

* Avoid snacking. If it is difficult, change snacks eaten between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner with a fruit or vegetable.

* Regular exercise will burn calories and optimize the body’s metabolism.

* Augment drinking water.

* Slimming drugs and liposuction does not help to get healthy posture and ideal for not coupled with a good diet.
Today we will recommend some diets effective and easy to follow.

Starting with the South Beach diet, created by world-renowned cardiologist Arthur Agatston. This diet says allow the loss of up to six kilos in about two weeks thanks to good nutrition. The South Beach Diet is to his credit that can improve the level of bad cholesterol and triglycerides in our body, for that diet are divided into three phases. The first phase allowed eating all meat, vegetables and cheese in three balanced meals for 14 days, avoiding bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, sweets and alcoholic beverages. After these two weeks you will notice a physical difference and less anxious, that’s when you can go back to eating forbidden food before and then comes phase three, which consists of keeping the two steps as a way of life, if you notice a re-raise weight. That yes, this diet should be supervised by a specialist to operate.

Another interesting is the Mediterranean diet, consisting of the feeding method that usually occurs in the coastal towns of the Mediterranean Sea, this means the elements present in their foods, highly healthy.

The pumpkin soup diet is another option with large numbers of followers, it is the consumption of this soup as an ingredient that bears pumpkin, vegetable broth, olive oil, grain mustard, salt and pepper. A healthy food that should be present in your meal schedule.

Talk to your doctor about whether you should get screened for depression.

Osteoporosis (Thinning of the bones)

Some say they look like a plastic bag and others say the problem is they do not know how to use, but the reality is that condoms for women still do not enjoy the popularity they have condoms for men, although the FDA approved the product since 1993.

After the FDA approved a second version of the female condom in 2009, various health campaigns to prevent HIV / AIDS have been distributing samples of the same and offering training on how to use it, according to CNN.

But why women can not use it? There are two reasons: placement, while not complicated, it is ‘strange’, and on the other hand, their cost remains high, a package of three female condoms cost $ 6.49, compared with a package of 10 condoms to men who retails for about $ 5.

Alexandra Katehakis, sex therapist and clinical director of the Center for Healthy Sex of Los Angeles, California, spoke to CNN on the subject of female condom use. “It is very complex. The penis is external, so it takes two seconds to put on a condom. (The female condom) can take minutes and the women have to perform an act of contortion to putting on a condom. It is not practical.”
